Prioritize minimizing friction

Everything that involves creating and building has an iterative loop. Writing code, building systems and businesses, obtaining customers, creating paintings, writing, training ML models and more.

In general, the more iterations you complete the more progress you make. The better the creation and the better your skill for the next loops.

Spend some of your time improving that creative loop. It can mean improving your tools. More so it means looking at your process and refining it. In particular remove the friction from your process.

As you remove friction, you can more smoothly move from idea to action to outcome.
